Machines

There are three main types of machines.

  1. Ideal machines: Work you put in is the same put out.
  2. Simple machines: Work you put in i less then the work that gets put out.
  3. Compound machines: A compound of two or more simple machines like, cars, scissors, ex.

The Rude Goldberg machine that we made in class. It was a success we hit the ‘That Was Easy” button! My thoughts on it was if we could have made it longer like Rude Goldberg made his it would have been really cool class project.

Some examples for simple machines are, sea saws are lever, and a crane is a pulley if you need to lift a heavy object the pulley will pull it up.
